HOW WE WORK

Initial Enquiry & Estimates: Should you require an initial estimate before we visit to inspect the item(s) that you require restoring we are more than happy to discuss your requirements, to help us give you the best possible idea of the work involved it would be useful if you can email photographs in the first instance.

Inspection & Assessment: We will always discuss, in detail, the exact work required and happily take the time to ascertain exactly what is required. You can either bring the furniture to our workshop or alternatively we are happy to make home/business consultations at your convenience. Parkhouse will then provide a written quotation for work required without obligation, if this should be for an insurance claim we will make sure all the necessary information is provided.

Transportation or Work In The Home: Typically we carry out work at our workshop and so when you have decided to proceed we will carry out the collection of furniture at a suitable time for you and can do this out of normal working hours if that is required. Alternatively, work can be carried out in-situ at your home or business place. In this instance, we use clean, fresh dust sheets, always sealing off the working area so that your furnishings remain protected and undisturbed.

End Result: When work is complete, we will make suitable arrangements for redelivery. We always guarantee full satisfaction and in all cases, advise on the best way to look after the finish.

Customer service is very important to us, we realise every client has individual requirements and so we are happy to be flexible, giving you the best options to get the desired results.
